Given the Coronavirus pandemic and its impact on our society, Santel for the next 60 days will:

(1) not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic;

(2) waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Santel has implemented our previously established Incident Response Plan and we are committed to keeping your Santel services functioning as normal. We have locked our front doors for the remainder of this month and restricted the office building to employees-only in efforts to keep our staff healthy. We are also suspending any non-essential work at customer premises, but we will continue to respond to all troubles and service needs you have. As state and national officials guide us, we will let all customers know if further changes in operations are planned.
